Three Things Online Marketers Must Have …..

Dare I say in order to survive!
In the world of online marketing, you are kind of at a HUGE disadvantage compared to off-line or traditionally businesses.
Unlike off-line marketing, online marketers, have NOT really fixed their location the way a traditional brick and mortar business has.
Online marketers don’t have a building that they can advertise on, or use as advertising space.
Online Marketers don’t have staff to help them run the business, especially at the beginning.
Online marketers don’t have people coming and going everyday in their “store” (they have to bring people there).
And to be a “successful” online marketer you can’t really
close your business like their brick and mortar counterparts can.

Your location isn’t fixed so no one really knows where you are – you have to constantly be reminding people
“Oh here’s my website by the way! ”
You have to be open 24/7 in order to get traffic
You are usually the only person doing everything in the business
and
Traffic to your sites isn’t a constant flow.
So what are three things you need to be able to ensure you consistently have business flowing to you.
So let’s break it down

Well I’ll break it down into three steps.

1. The First you need a traffic source!

Traffic
Now you’re probably wondering the offline man doesn’t need a traffic source.
Well if you think about it – his traffic source is a function of his location!
So your traffic source needs to be a function of your location. (not to sound too mathematical)

Now there are different ways to get traffic – PAID and FREE.
FREE Traffic is like
Blogging,
video marketing,
Social Media Marketing
PAID Traffic on the other hand are things like
Pay Per Click,
PPV,
Google Ads,
Buying lists (never recommended)
But regardless of your Traffic method
Once you get your Traffic you need to know what to do with them.

2. The Capture Pagewebsitecaputre

You need to capture their information
so the next thing you need is a method of capturing information.
In this industry it’s call a Capture Page.
In other industries it’s called a survey.
Whatever companies, businesses entrepreneurs do in order to get your information that is the Capture system.
So you’re probably wondering what will make me give up my information so easily!
Well that’s when we get to the third element.

3. The Offer

Now I really hate using the word offer, because it really isn’t an offer.
It’s more like a bribe, to be quite frank!
It’s something that is wanted that you are willing to give for free.
For example – if you were interested in learning how to write a good blog post(for example)
I will send you to this link -> CLICK HERE <-
It will prompt you to put in your email. (go ahead and try it)

The process basically is that YOU  wanted to learn how to write a good blog post!
So you exchange your email for that information that I will send you.

So in a nutshell that’s what someone marketing online needs to have

1. Traffic

2. Capture Page (of some sort)

3. The Offer

Share this information you’ve just received.
You never know who you can help.
